We collect only the personal data required for your booking, service delivery and our legal operation (name, contact details, payment details, passport for tourist police declarations). We do not sell or share your data with third parties beyond those strictly necessary for our operation (Stripe for payments, Booking.com/Airbnb if you arrived via them). You have the right to access, correct, delete and export your data under GDPR. Send a request to info@hotel-kastro.gr and we will respond within 30 days.
